Production & Processing Times
- Take 3-4 weeks to design, cut, and sew before shipment.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days $11.00 (Free for orders over $500)
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days ($15.00)
- Tracking: All orders include tracking number sent via email upon dispatch
]International Shipping
- Delivery Time 5-10 days depending on your location
- Flat Rate: $40 standard internation shipping
- Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any local custom fees, import duties or taxes incurred
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearence
- Lost Packages: If your tracking info shows "delivered" but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier directly
Address Changes
- Please double check your shipping address at checkout
- Email us at huntersalabanzi.support@gmail.com within 6 hours of purchasing to fix an address error
- We cannot change the address once the package has been dispatched
